While we would like to service all areas of Sydney, at this time we provide on site support to the non shaded area seen in the map - the lower north shore, CBD, eastern suburbs and inner west. In some circumstances we may be able to assist outside of that geographical area so please ask and we’ll do our best to help. The area highlighted in pink does not attract the Travel charge.

Telephone Support

No geographical barriers restrict telephone support, in fact if you are located interstate we will even call you back to save you toll charges!

Remote Access Support

The Internet removed barriers and made the world a global marketplace. In that spirit, we can provide remote support to any area that has a broadband connection and a Mac that meets the criteria..
